Impact KPIs
The data below shows a subset of the Impact KPIs for DrDoctor, updated to 12/2024.
2 million
patients managed per month (+29.6% compared to 2023)
107,688
patient assessments captured per month (+67.31% compared to 2022)
Why it matters
In the last year, UK hospitals had 124.5 million outpatient appointments, eight million (6.4%) were not attended by the patient.
Over the last year the number of appointments “not attended“ has increased by 32% and cancellations by 150%.
This has resulted in unnecessarily long waiting lists, delays in treatment, and suboptimal health outcomes for patients.
